Hey — I’m Luna, and this is Lux Luna.

I started this blog because I’m the friend everyone texts. What nail color for a wedding? What to wear to a first date when it’s freezing? How to throw a dinner party that actually looks like the Pinterest board? I was already doing this for free — figured I might as well make it a whole thing.

I’m 35, single, no kids, and I like my life loud. I host everything — birthday brunches, holiday parties, random Tuesday dinners that turn into a whole event. My apartment gets a seasonal refresh whether it needs one or not. I have strong opinions about nail shapes, I think iced coffee is overrated, and I will always choose a good red lip over a no-makeup makeup look.

What you’ll find here is what I’d actually recommend if you asked me. Nail trends worth trying this season. Outfits that work in real life, not just on a mannequin. Party ideas that look impressive but won’t make you lose your mind pulling them together. I don’t chase every trend — I filter them and tell you which ones are worth your time.
